of Engineering, Buenos Aires University.
Chairman of the Commitee for the new
Argentine Design Code for Concrete Structures (CIRSOC 201).

of the ACI.
Engineer Advisor for international engineering firms involved in bridge related projects in Panamá, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Jamaica, El Salvadorc.
